How to make a backup of your wallet

Option 1:

In the Wallet UI: Go to File > Backup Wallet and store the file named as: wallet.dat in a secured location

 

Option 2: Manually copy the wallet.dat file:

  • Windows: %appdata%/rpicoin/wallet.dat

  • Linux: ~/.rpicoin/wallet.dat

  • Raspberry Pi: ~/.rpicoin/wallet.dat

  • OSX: Macintosh HD/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Rpicoin/wallet.dat
